Programs to End Long-Term Homelessness
St. Stephen’s Programs to End Long-Term Homelessness (ELTH)
work with single adults without children who have been
homeless over many years and are stuck in a cycle of
shelters, jail, treatment programs, and living outside. ELTH
interrupt this cycle by working intensively to connect
people to permanent housing with supportive services.
We offer:

housing options in and around the Twin Cities metro

assistance in finding and securing employment

24-hour
assistance to clients and landlords

tenant-landlord mediation
-
help in
applying for SSI and other benefits
-
chemical and mental health support using a
harm-reduction model

9:00am - 5:00pm M-F.
